1. Fabric Inspection
Colour, weight, width, shrinkage, hand feel and visible defects are checked against the approved fabric reference before cutting.
Quality Control
Quality is not a final check — it is a sequence of checks at every stage of production. Here is exactly what we inspect, and where.
Inspection Process
Each stage has a defined owner and a defined check. Findings are recorded by order and reported before shipment.
Colour, weight, width, shrinkage, hand feel and visible defects are checked against the approved fabric reference before cutting.
Cut panels are checked for size accuracy, grain and pattern direction, quantity per size and shade matching within each bundle.
Stitch density, seam allowance, symmetry, alignment, pocket placement and overall workmanship are checked on the line and at end of line.
Key measurements are verified against your size chart — chest, shoulder, sleeve, length, waist, hip and inseam — and recorded by size.
Seams are checked for pressing quality, lapel roll and shape, lining balance and overall appearance before final inspection.
A final check covers appearance, measurements, stitching, trims, labels, packaging, assortment and quantity before shipping.
Packing method, polybag print, hangtags, barcodes, carton marks, pack ratio and carton strength are confirmed against your instruction.
Measurement Control
Measurement problems are the most common reason for garment claims, and they almost always come from an unclear size chart rather than poor sewing. Before production we confirm every point of measure with you, including how each point is measured.
