Overview

Cutting, Sewing, Pressing, Inspection and Packing Under One Roof

Because the whole process stays in our own workshop, we can control timing and quality instead of passing responsibility to subcontractors.

Factory Overview

Our production site combines cutting, sewing, pressing, quality control, sampling and packing under one roof. Visitors can follow a suit from fabric roll to sealed carton in a single walk-through.

Cutting Department

Fabric is relaxed before cutting, then laid and cut according to the approved marker. Cut panels are numbered and bundled by size and colour to prevent mixing during sewing.

Sewing Workshop

Our sewing lines are organised by operation, with dedicated stations for collars, sleeves, fronts and assembly. Line supervisors check work at fixed points along the line.

Pressing Department

Pressing decides how a suit looks on the hanger. Jackets are pressed in stages — seams, fronts, lapels and shoulders — using professional pressing equipment.

QC Department

A dedicated QC team inspects fabric, measurements, stitching, trims and packing. Findings are recorded by order and reported to the customer before shipment.

Sample Room & Pattern Room

Pattern makers and sample machinists work together to turn your design, sample or tech pack into an approved production pattern before bulk cutting begins.

Fabric & Trims Area

Fabric, lining, interlining, buttons, zips, thread, labels and hangtags are stored and issued by order, so trims are reconciled against the quantity produced.

Packing Area

Final inspection, folding, polybagging, labelling and carton packing are completed in the packing area, with carton marks checked against your shipping instruction.

Production Video

A short factory video helps buyers verify the workshop before an audit or a first order. Replace this block with your own production video.

Equipment & Capacity

What Supports Your Order Volume

Capacity is not only about how many machines a factory has. It is about how many machines are available for your order in your delivery window, and whether the workshop can keep quality stable while running several orders at once.

  • Cutting tables and fabric spreading equipment for volume lay planning
  • Sewing lines organised by operation with line supervisors
  • Professional pressing equipment for jackets, trousers and shirts
  • Dedicated inspection tables with measurement control and recording
  • Fabric and trims store with issue and reconciliation by order
  • Packing area with carton marking and loading preparation

Visits, audits and inspections

We welcome factory visits, live video tours and third-party inspections (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own QC agent). If your programme requires an audit before the first order, tell us at the enquiry stage and we will prepare the documents in advance.

Schedule a Factory Visit or Live Video Tour

Tell us your sourcing project and we will arrange a live walk-through of the departments relevant to your order.
